The role is responsible for maintaining high-quality people data, supporting project governance and reporting, and enabling data-driven decision making.\nThe role combines project administration, stakeholder coordination, people data analysis and operational support, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and supported by accurate, timely and insightful management information.\nThe post holder will also support the processing and administration of approved MyHR and other HR technology system access requests, contributing to a positive employee experience through responsive and customer-focused service delivery.\nMain Accountabilities\nProject Management Office Support\nSupport project planning, scheduling and governance activities throughout the project lifecycle.\nMaintain project documentation, plans, RAID logs, actions and decision registers.\nCoordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, capture actions and track follow-up activities.\nSupport preparation of governance packs, steering committee papers and status reports.\nData Analysis & Reporting\nCollect, validate, analyse and interpret HR and project data from multiple sources.\nDevelop and maintain dashboards, reports and visualisations to support decision making.\nProduce regular reporting on project progress, benefits realisation, resource utilisation and key performance indicators.\nIdentify trends, risks and opportunities within people and project data and provide actionable insights.\nStakeholder Management\nProvide regular updates to project teams and stakeholders on status, risks, issues and dependencies.\nAct as a key point of coordination between project leads, People teams, Global Business Services and Digital & Technology teams.\nSupport communication and reporting activities across global stakeholder groups.\nOperational Administration\nProcess approved MyHR and HR technology access requests accurately and within agreed service levels.\nMaintain accurate records and audit trails for system access administration.\nSupport process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and user experience.\nContinuous Improvement\nIdentify opportunities to improve reporting, governance and data-management processes.\nContribute to the development of standardised templates, tools and PMO best practices.\nPromote a culture of data quality, continuous improvement and customer service excellence.\nEssential Skills & Experience\nExperience supporting projects or programmes within a PMO environment.\nStrong data analysis and reporting skills, including advanced Excel.\nExperience creating dashboards and management reports.\nExcellent organisational skills and attention to detail.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nExperience working with HR systems, workforce data or people analytics.\nStakeholder management experience within a matrix organisation.\nExperience maintaining confidential and sensitive data.\nContinuous improvement mindset with strong problem-solving capability.\nA connected and trusted UK in a more connected and trusted world.\nEquality, Diversity and Inclusion Statement\nWe are committed to equality, diversity and inclusion and we welcome applications from all sections of the community as we believe that a diverse workforce gives added depth to our work.
