With over 40 years of industry experience, Hybrid Digital has cemented itself as one of the most dependable and trusted sources for on-demand print and fulfillment.\nWhat is my role?\nThe DTG Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operation of the DTG printing department. This includes ensuring production targets, quality standards, and customer deadlines are met. This role manages DTG equipment (Kornit), production staff, workflow scheduling, quality control, and maintenance while driving efficiency and continuous improvement.\nNON-PEAK SEASON\nMonday - Friday\nOccasional weekend work may be required based on business needs.\nPEAK SEASON\nWorkdays and hours vary based on business demand.\nMay include weekends, extended shifts, and overtime.\nEmployees must be available for variable hours and days as workload increases.\nWhat You'll Do\nSupervise daily DTG printing operations.\nTrack production metrics, efficiency, downtime, and quality performance. \nGenerate production reports for management.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and quality.\nPrioritize jobs to meet customer deadlines and production goals.\nTrain, mentor, and evaluate DTG operators and production staff. \nAssist with hiring, onboarding, and disciplinary actions when necessary.\nInspect color accuracy, print placement, image resolution, and garment quality. \nMonitor stock levels of inks, pretreatment chemicals, and consumables. \nReport equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs in a timely manner.\nMaintain cleanliness and organization across assigned production areas.\nEnsure compliance with workplace safety and environmental standards. \nFoster a safe, positive, and collaborative work environment. \nWhat You'll Need\nHigh school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.\n1-3 years of supervisory or team leadership experience. \n3-5 years of DTG printing experience preferred.\nFamiliarity with Kronit is preferred, but not expected. \nExperience with production management software and workflow systems. \nReliable attendance and punctuality.\nAbility to stand for extended periods of time.\nAbility to lift and move materials as needed.\nAbility to safely operate and work around production equipment.\nHybrid Apparel is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
