P\nPerform various duties incidental to general repair and maintenance work such as painting and repairing structures and equipment, cleaning, polishing, maintaining grounds, digging ditches, etc. \nMake minor repairs to equipment used in the performance of assigned duties, keeping the equipment and tools in safe and proper working condition. \nPrepare records and reports as required. \nOperate computerized station controls. \nChange pressures and route gas as directed. \nMay perform other duties as required in higher or lower classifications\n Three months documented mechanical experience in any COMBINATION of the following: Industrial equipment, compressors, pumps, electrical motors, controls circuitry, engines AND/OR Natural gas reciprocating/combustion/turbine engines AND/OR Related natural gas industry experience AND/OR Related military experience AND/OR the equivalent related education (technical school or college)\nDocumented computer skills \nMust possess and maintain a valid driver's license. \nOperate various equipment and tools weighing up to 90 pounds. \nAbility to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. \nClimb ladders and work from elevated work surfaces. \nAbility to crawl, stoop, and work in limited spaces, on scaffolding and in awkward positions. \nTesting required. \nAdditional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:\nAbility to analyze problems, collect accurate data and draw valid conclusions. \nAbility to follow mandatory safety rules and standard operating procedures and use personal protective equipment. \n Ability to work independently or as a crew member. \nWorking Conditions \nThis position is subject to callouts, and you must be available and willing to work overtime as required. \nYou may be subject to hazards, such as proximity of moving parts, exposure to high noise levels, solvents, lubricants, and other chemicals. \n You will be subjected to adverse weather and environmental conditions. \n Minimal overnight travel may be required. \nPreferred Qualifications:\n Related natural gas industry experience. \n Hands on natural gas compressor station experience \nEducation:\nHigh school diploma or GED\nJob Certifications:\nNA \nTesting
