Serving as the primary regional liaison between sales, procurement, transporters, and customers, this role ensures seamless material delivery, accurate system documentation, and reliable supply chain execution on the BRKZ platform\nWhat You will do (Responsibilities) :\n1. Operational Coordination\nManage daily operational activities for the Dammam region to ensure smooth order execution.\nCoordinate across sales, logistics, procurement, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and timely execution.\nMonitor operational performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain workflow efficiency.\n2. Order Fulfillment & Delivery Management\nCoordinate order fulfillment between suppliers, transporters, and customers in the Eastern region.\nAssign deliveries to transporters and vehicles on the BRKZ platform , including bulk material deliveries (e.g., bulk cement) split across multiple truckloads.\nMonitor delivery schedules, follow up on new POs for Dammam-located orders, and address delays or issues promptly.\nClose deliveries and orders in the system accurately and on time, ensuring supporting documents (delivery notes, Fasah permit numbers) are recorded exactly as issued.\n3. Logistics & Inventory Support\nTrack and manage orders, deliveries, and stock replenishment schedules.\nLiaise with warehouse teams to ensure correct dispatching, and help coordinate storage, distribution, and movement of materials.\nMonitor inventory levels with the supply chain team to ensure availability.\n4. Data Management & Reporting\nMaintain accurate records of orders, shipments, deliveries, and transportation costs (trackers, dashboards such as Metabase).\nPrepare regular reports on regional operational performance and highlight areas for improvement.\nSupport operations leads with reporting and analysis.\n5. Customer & Vendor Liaison\nServe as regional point of contact for transporters, suppliers, and customers on operational issues, order inquiries, and delivery status.\nResolve operational issues with vendors or customers promptly and professionally, including discrepancies, returns, or delays.\n6. Team Support & Communication\nEnsure effective communication with the central operations team (Riyadh) and other regions via approved channels (Slack, WhatsApp, platform notifications).\nParticipate in regular team meetings and support adoption of new tools and automated workflows.\nWho You are (Qualifications) : \nBachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, business administration, or related field.\n3-5 years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain coordination (construction/building materials sector is a plus).\nStrong communication and coordination skills in Arabic and English.\nProficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and logistics or order-management software; comfort with dashboards and internal platforms.\nAttention to detail and accuracy in documentation (delivery notes, permits, cost entries).\nAbility to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced, delivery-driven environment.\nBased in or willing to relocate to Dammam;
