Add AI only where it adds clear value.\nDevelop AI services using Python and modern backend frameworks.\nOwn model quality, evaluation, versioning, and observability.\nDesign feedback loops to continuously improve AI output quality.\nDefine accuracy targets, confidence thresholds, and human review paths.\nMonitor production systems for failures, drift, and edge cases.\nOptimize inference cost, latency, and reliability.\nInstrument systems to measure usage, accuracy, and operational impact.\nCollaborate with ML Engineers and Data teams where model training or data pipelines are required.\nEnsure AI systems comply with PDPL, security, and responsible AI practices.\nDesign explainable AI behaviors and human-in-the-loop workflows to build trust.\nWork closely with Finance, Operations, Sales, and other teams.\nDocument system behavior, trade-offs, and limitations clearly.\nApply AI tools to improve software delivery efficiency, quality, and reliability where there is clear impact.\n•Partner with Engineering to evaluate and apply targeted AI-assisted tooling across the SDLC.\n\nWho You are (Qualifications) : \n5+ years in applied AI or AI engineering roles.\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.\nStrong Python skills with production backend experience.\nHands-on experience with LLMs, prompt design, and agent frameworks.\nExperience with vector databases and retrieval systems.\nExperience evaluating AI outputs and improving accuracy over time.\nExperience deploying AI services on cloud platforms.\nStrong data handling and debugging skills.\nExperience integrating APIs and internal systems.\nSkills & Competencies Required: \nPython and FastAPI.\nLLMs, prompt engineering, and agent orchestration.\nVector databases such as Pinecone or equivalents.\nModel evaluation and quality monitoring.\nWorkflow automation tools such as n8n or similar.\nAPI design and system integration.\nPostgreSQL and basic data modeling.\nGitHub, Docker, and Terraform.\nBasic GCP or AWS services for deployment and monitoring.\nUnderstanding of security, PDPL, and responsible AI handling.\nWhat we offer:\nIt is an excellent opportunity to be part of a start-up with a lot of responsibility and independence early on and where you will impact the entire business.\nAttractive compensation package\nAccess to tools helping with your learning and development\nProduct first mindset\nThe best idea wins;
