You will upload\nand reconcile all bank statements in Zoho Books daily, manage the LC and cheque cycle with our banks, and be the go-to person for any banking transaction across the company.\nWhat You will do (Responsibilities) :\nBank Statements & Daily Reconciliation\nUpload all bank statements to Zoho Books every day for every company bank account.\nReconcile all bank accounts daily and clear unmatched items within 48 hours.\nInvestigate unidentified receipts, bank charges, and differences, posting or requesting the correctentries.\n\nPrepare the daily cash position by bank for the Finance team.\nLetters of Credit (LCs)\n Follow up on all new LCs from receipt until proceeds are deposited in our account.\nCheck LC terms and ensure required documents (invoice, delivery note, certificate of origin, etc.)match before submission.\n\nSubmit documents to the banks, follow up on bank review, and resolve any discrepancies before theLC expires.\n\nCoordinate with Sales, Operations, and AR on LC status and expected collection dates.\nCheque Management\nDeposit customer cheques at the banks and track them until cleared.\nHandle returned cheques: record the reversal, inform AR and Sales, and follow up.\nMaintain a cheque register with status for every cheque received and deposited.\nTracking & Banking Support\nKeep one up-to-date tracker of all open LCs, cheques, and pending bank transactions, with statusand expected dates.\n\nSupport all teams and the company with banking requests: transfers, bank letters, guarantees,account queries, and bank portal access.\n\nAct as day-to-day contact with bank relationship managers.\nSupport month-end close and audit requests with bank reconciliations and confirmations.\nWho You are (Qualifications) : \nMust Have\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.\nAt least 2 years of relevant experience in treasury, banking operations, or bank reconciliation.\nHands-on experience reconciling bank accounts daily.\nPractical experience handling Letters of Credit (documents, bank submission, discrepancies).\nExperience depositing and tracking cheques, including returned cheques.\nExperience working with an ERP or accounting system.\nFluent Arabic and good English.\nPreferred:\nExperience with Zoho Books.\nExperience with Saudi bank online portals (e.g., SNB, Al Rajhi Bank, Riyad Bank).\nBasic knowledge of UCP 600 rules for LCs.\nStrong Excel or Google Sheets skills.\nWhat we offer:\nGreat opportunity to be part of a start-up with a lot of responsibility and independence early on and where you will have an impact on the entire business.\nThe best idea wins;
