You value shipped code over theory.\n\nHands-on coder. You are looking to stay in the weeds and code. You have expert experience with TypeScript, NodeJS, at least one cloud service provider and a strong understanding of cloud-native architectures and services.\n\nDatabase expert. Strong understanding of database technologies, including PostgreSQL and Redis, and experience with designing and optimizing database schemas.\n\nContainerization experience. Proficiency in containerization technologies such as Docker and container orchestration platforms like Google Cloud Run or Kubernetes.\n\nSolution-seeking. Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for tackling complex technical challenges.\n\nOperations-first. Operationally minded and forward thinking - you document important things to share context now and in the future; have experience explaining ‘why’ you’ve made decisions.\n\nEffective collaboration.
