You will use Agile principles and best practices to ensure deliverables are completed on time and are aligned with customer expectations.\nThe ideal candidate is a collaborative, personable communicator who builds strong working relationships and enjoys helping teams deliver in a technical environment.\nBenefits:\nComprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance\nEmployer-Paid Life Insurance\nEmployer-Paid Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Insurance\n401(k)\nPaid Time Off (PTO) that includes Vacation Leave, Sick Leave, and 11 Paid Holidays\nEducational Assistance\nSalary: $130-145K\n**Hybrid in Frederick, MD**\n**An in-person interview will be required for this role**\nClick here to learn about BRMi's culture.\nClick here to see BRMi’s Glassdoor reviews\nResponsibilities\nCoordinate day-to-day project activities to support successful delivery of software development initiatives.\n\nPartner with the Project Manager to implement Agile software development principles, practices, and processes.\n\nFacilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and other team meetings.\n\nCollaborate with the Project Manager and development team to refine, organize, and prioritize the product backlog.\n\nSupport project planning, release coordination, sprint execution, and delivery tracking.\n\nDefine, document, and maintain project, release, and sprint scope.\n\nAssist with translating complex customer needs and business requirements into technical specifications.\n\nIdentify and help resolve impediments that may impact development progress, deliverables, or project timelines.\n\nSupport the Project Manager in managing customer expectations, coordinating stakeholder communications, and maintaining project governance processes.\n\nFacilitate client meetings, document action items, and coordinate follow-up activities.\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional technical teams to ensure development activities align with product requirements, release schedules, and project objectives.\n\nApply project management and Agile methodologies to improve team coordination, development workflows, and delivery efficiency.\n\nEstablish and maintain strong working relationships with team members, customers, and stakeholders.\n\nMonitor project activities and communicate progress, risks, dependencies, and potential delivery challenges.\n\nSupport continuous improvement of Agile processes and team collaboration practices.\n\nPerform other duties as assigned.\n\nQualifications\nAssociate's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.\n\n5+ years of experience working within an enterprise IT organization.\n\nStrong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban.\n\nExperience facilitating Scrum ceremonies within a software development environment.\n\nExperience supporting custom-developed web-based applications.\n\nUnderstanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) concepts and software development processes.\n\nExperience using Azure DevOps, Jira, or comparable Agile project management tools.\n\nAbility to understand scientific, clinical, and research concepts and translate customer needs into technical requirements.\n\nExperience coordinating project activities, tracking deliverables, and supporting software development teams.\n\nExperience working with distributed or remote teams.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\n\nStrong meeting facilitation, stakeholder coordination, and conflict resolution skills.\n\nAbility to manage multiple priorities, coordinate competing deadlines, and support cross-functional teams.\n\nStrong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.\n\nDemonstrated analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.\n\nAbility to build and maintain productive working relationships with technical teams, project leadership, and customer stakeholders.\n\nAbility to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance.\n\n** BRMi will not sponsor applicants for work visas for this position.**\n**This is a W2 opportunity only**\nEOE/Minorities/Females/Vet/Disabled\nWe are an equal opportunity employer that values diversity and commitment at all levels.
