This position requires the ability to influence outcomes without direct authority over delivery teams while establishing sustainable governance and operating practices.\nThis is a six-month contract integrated portfolio roadmap outlining milestones, delivery timelines, dependencies, and critical commitments.\n\nCoordinate demand, resource capacity, and prioritization discussions across business, technology, product, analytics, and vendor teams.\n\nFacilitate portfolio reviews and recommend priorities based on business value, readiness, risks, dependencies, and available resources.\n\nMonitor delivery commitments, identify cross-functional blockers, and escalate issues requiring leadership decisions.\n\nEstablish and maintain portfolio governance processes, including decision tracking, approval requirements, and escalation procedures.\n\nMaintain centralized portfolio documentation covering priorities, risks, issues, dependencies, planning assumptions, decisions, and expected business outcomes.\n\nDevelop and maintain RAID logs, decision registers, and action trackers to support accountability and timely resolution.\n\nDefine and document stakeholder responsibilities, decision rights, handoffs, and escalation paths.\n\nDevelop RACI matrices and operating models to clarify ownership across business, technology, and vendor teams.\n\nIdentify gaps in accountability, overlapping responsibilities, and competing priorities and facilitate alignment among stakeholders.\n\nCoordinate technology delivery planning, including requirements, deliverables, acceptance criteria, resource commitments, and implementation readiness.\n\nPartner with technology and vendor teams to track project milestones, delivery commitments, and implementation dependencies.\n\nCoordinate technology readiness activities involving system integrations, data dependencies, testing, access, approvals, and operational handoffs.\n\nTranslate technical challenges, delivery risks, and proposed changes into business impacts and recommendations for leadership.\n\nSupport technology and data governance initiatives, including platform ownership, data quality expectations, stewardship, and change-control requirements.\n\nCoordinate reviews with architecture, cybersecurity, risk, compliance, and data governance stakeholders.\n\nTrack outstanding approvals, governance requirements, and their impact on delivery timelines.\n\nDevelop portfolio communication plans, stakeholder updates, and change management strategies.\n\nCoordinate training, adoption activities, support resources, and business readiness efforts for technology initiatives.\n\nAssess change impacts, competing releases, and adoption challenges and recommend mitigation strategies.\n\nEstablish portfolio health reporting to track initiative status, milestones, dependencies, delivery confidence, and expected business outcomes.\n\nCollaborate with business and technology owners to define success measures and monitor progress against established objectives.\n\nPrepare executive-level reports highlighting portfolio performance, resource constraints, risks, decisions, and recommended actions.\n\nCoordinate improvement plans for recurring platform, workflow, access, and operational issues.\n\nTrack remediation activities, accountable owners, and progress toward operational stabilization.\n\nIdentify legacy technology dependencies, duplicated capabilities, and process inefficiencies that create operational or delivery risks.\n\nSupport technology lifecycle planning, platform transitions, and continuous improvement initiatives.\n\nDocument lessons learned, governance procedures, and operational handoff practices to support long-term portfolio management.\n\nDevelop reusable portfolio management tools, templates, dashboards, and reporting processes.\n\nCoordinate end-of-engagement knowledge transfer, documentation, and transition activities to support continued portfolio operations.\n\nPerform other duties as assigned.\n\nQualifications\n5+ years of experience in project, program, or portfolio management, including coordination of multiple concurrent business and technology initiatives.\n\nExperience managing technology portfolios involving cross-functional business, technical, and vendor stakeholders.\n\nDemonstrated experience developing integrated roadmaps, coordinating priorities, and managing dependencies across multiple initiatives.\n\nStrong knowledge of portfolio governance practices, including RAID management, decision tracking, stakeholder accountability, and executive reporting.\n\nExperience establishing project governance frameworks, operating models, and repeatable portfolio management processes.\n\nWorking knowledge of technology delivery lifecycles, platform integrations, data flows, release readiness, and operational support models.\n\nExperience coordinating technology implementations, business requirements, vendor deliverables, and operational readiness activities.\n\nAbility to assess delivery risks, resource constraints, competing priorities, and technical dependencies.\n\nExperience developing portfolio dashboards, status reports, governance documentation, and executive presentations.\n\nDemonstrated ability to establish accountability, facilitate decisions, and advance initiatives without direct authority over delivery teams.\n\nStrong stakeholder management, facilitation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate technical information into clear business implications.\n\nAbility to communicate project status, risks, trade-offs, and recommendations to senior leadership.\n\nStrong organizational, analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.\n\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in complex, evolving environments.\n\nExperience developing RACI matrices, decision registers, risk logs, process documentation, and operational handoff procedures.\n\nUnderstanding of technology governance, data management, cybersecurity, risk, and compliance processes.\n\nExperience coordinating change management, stakeholder communications, training, and technology adoption activities.\n\nExperience supporting marketing technology ecosystems involving customer engagement, content management, workflow, analytics, or data platforms preferred.\n\nExperience with Adobe Experience Manager Assets (AEM), Enterprise Digital Asset Management (EDAM), or related digital asset management platforms preferred.\n\nExperience working within Marketing Operations environments preferred.\n\nKnowledge of
