From client brief through to delivery, you will ensure that all projects move forward smoothly, overcoming obstacles with smart, practical solutions that elevate the work, strengthen the client experience, and maximise efficiency.\nYou will be the person who knows the most about your projects - what’s happening, what’s next, and what’s needed. You’ll make sure the team is set up for success, clients feel supported, and the work remains on track and on point.\nThis is an opportunity for a growing leader who goes the extra mile and never settles for anything but the very best - in the ideas we deliver, the clarity we bring, and the standards we uphold.\nResponsibilities:\nServe as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and smooth project flow.\nLead assigned projects from kickoff to on-time delivery, resolving obstacles proactively.\nRun meetings with clear agendas, actionable next steps, and accountability.\nCollaborate with leadership to scope work, staff projects, manage timelines, and align resources.\nTrack project scope, budgets, and progress, proactively flagging and resolving issues.\nMaintain accurate project data, forecasts, and deliverables across management systems.\nBuild strong client relationships through trust, responsiveness, and strategic understanding.\nManage multiple fast-moving creative projects efficiently.\nKeep project documentation, status updates, and team visibility accurate and up to date.\nIdentify process improvements and support the evolution of best practices.\nEmbody nmbl’s principles - collaboration, curiosity, honesty, and a solution-driven mindset.\nTransition to full client ownership within the first 15-30 days of onboarding.\nRequirements:\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Project Management, Client Management, or a related field.\n5+ years of project or client management experience, ideally within digital, branding, or creative environments.\nExceptional organisation, attention to detail, and ability to multitask under tight timeframes.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\nProficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday, Hive).\nProficiency in presentation software (Keynote, Slides, PPT, Pitch), Google Workspace, and Slack.\nConditions:\nWorking Hours:Initially aligned to USA overlap hours (approx. 12-9pm CET).
