Working closely with Creative Directors, Art Directors, and Strategists, you’ll build video assets from strategic briefs-making clever use of existing footage, creator content, and newly captured material across paid social, OLV, and broader digital channels.\nThis role operates at the heart of an iterative content system. You’ll refine, adapt, and re-tool edits based on performance insights and creative direction. You’ll also help maintain a clean, efficient workflow by managing assets across cloud-based storage and archive platforms.\nYou’ll bring a strong sense of timing, rhythm, and visual clarity-and a desire to create work that feels intentional, cohesive, and crafted.\nResponsibilities:\nEdit and produce short-form video content for paid social, OLV, and digital channels.\nCollaborate with Art Directors, Copywriters, and Strategists to bring ideas to life through thoughtful storytelling.\nRe-tool and refine videos based on performance data, creative feedback, and evolving campaign needs.\nAdapt creator-supplied or legacy footage to meet brand standards and creative objectives.\nOrganise, manage, and archive project assets using cloud-based systems.\nMaintain consistent pacing, tone, and brand expression across all outputs.\nEmbody nmbl’s principles - collaboration, curiosity, honesty, and a solution-driven mindset.\nRequirements:\n3-5 years experience editing social or digital-first video content.\nProficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (knowledge of After Effects is a plus).\nStrong storytelling instincts-timing, rhythm, and narrative flow.\nExperience working with cloud-based asset management systems (e.g., Frame.io, Dropbox, Google Drive).\nAbility to interpret creative briefs and collaborate within cross-functional teams.\nUnderstanding of platform formats and performance-driven content optimisation.\nConditions:\nWorking Hours:This role is aligned with our US-based team and requires availability within an approximate 7:00am-5:00pm ET coverage window.\nTravel Budget:€2,000 annual travel budget (work-related travel, team meet-ups, and collaboration with our US partners)\nLocation:Hybrid (The Brewhouse, Malta / Remote)\nSalary Range:€30,000 - €40,000 annually (depending on experience)\nTHE PERKS\n-\nThis is a full-time role,and we offer competitive packages based on your experience and skills.
