This is a quota-carrying position located in Broadcom's office in Plano, TX. ADs are expected to be in the office every day.\nIn this role, you'll help Broadcom by:\nEmploying strong interpersonal and communication skills to successfully identify, qualify, and win sales opportunities \nManaging a pipeline of active deals to ensure long term book-of-business sustainability\nCreating and achieving long-term and short-term account-based revenue objectives (i.e. Annual Business Plan, Quarterly Territory Plan, etc.)\nDeveloping and maintaining trusted relationships with senior level decision makers in your assigned accounts\nEffectively communicating Broadcom's ability to address customers' Enterprise Software needs and overall IT business objectives\nDemonstrating proficiency in proposal creation, negotiation, and closing skills\nExceeding quarterly and annual sales targets\nRequired Skills\nTo apply for this position, you must have:\nBachelor's degree required. Relevant year's experience in lieu of a degree may be considered.\n12+years' experience in a customer-facing B2B role, or equivalent level of education and experience\n\nPrior experience in meeting/exceeding sales quota\nStrong understanding of a value-based sales approach\nSignificant experience in managing a pipeline of active deals\nAdditional Qualifications\nThe ideal candidate will also have:\nPrior experience in a startup organization\nStrong background in B2B software solutions\nVMware certification\nCompensation and Benefits\nThe On Target Earnings (OTE) range for this position is USD 154,700.00 To USD 247,500.00\nOTE includes Sales Incentive Commission in accordance with relevant plan documents and salary.
