If you already have a Candidate Account, please Sign-In before you apply.\nJob Description:\nBroadcom is seeking an experienced AI Software Engineer to integrate commercial AI tools and agents into an existing design flow.\nMonitor and maintain AI systems:Ensure AI systems are running smoothly and efficiently\n\nIntegrate AI into workflows:Responsible for embedding AI tools into daily operations across the organization to ensure they deliver measurable value\n\nCoordinate AI agents:In a higher-level system, coordinate multiple AI agents to achieve an overarching process control\n\nOptimize performance:Analyze key performance indicators, adjust parameters in real-time, and optimize resource usage to improve performance\n\nYou will join a worldwide R&D team dedicated to getting products to market. This role is key to dramatically improving design productivity across the organization.\nResponsibilities:\nQuickly analyzeexisting VLSI design systems and methodologies to identify opportunities for AI integration and productivity improvement\n\nDevelop and deploycommercial AI tools to enhance productivity within established design flows\n\nDesign and implement enhancements based on users feedback, without requiring ground-up rebuilds of existing infrastructure\n\nEvaluate and comparecommercial AI solutions to select the best-fit technology for specific design flow challenges\n\nSelect, clean, and preprocessdata fed into commercial AI tools to ensure optimum output quality\n\nCreate and refineAI agents to improve the Quality of Results (QoR) from AI-generated outputs\n\nDeploy AI agentsto resolve common tool errors, minimizing human intervention and downtime\n\nDevelop intelligent chatbotsto enable engineers to quickly access critical information and knowledge needed to complete their tasks\n\nConduct trainingfor end-users on AI-enhanced flows and establish best practices for maximizing productivity gains\n\nProficiencyintegrating external tools for use with Large Language Model (LLM) agents and the MCP protocol\n\nQualifications:\nEducation:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or a related technical field\n\nExperience:8+ years of professional experience in AI/ML system development and deployment\n\nMindset:Proven ability to create pragmatic solutions that enable predictable schedules.\n\nCollaboration:Strong self-management and organizational skills, with a proven ability to cooperate and communicate effectively across a world-wide, multi-time zone team, including internal colleagues and external vendors\n\nLean Approach:A clear understanding and application of the principle that \"perfect is the enemy of good\"in development and deployment cycles\n\nThis job requires working on-site at the Broadcom office, 5 days a week. This is not a remote-work position.\nCompensation and Benefits\nThe annual base salary range for this position is USD 109,700.00 To USD 175,500.00\nAs a valued member of our team, you'll be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus and the opportunity to receive not only a competitive new hire equity grant, but also annual equity awards, connecting your success directly to the company's growth.
