If you already have a Candidate Account, please Sign-In before you apply.\nJob Description:\nClient Services Consultant - MSD Software Compliance\nJob Profile Summary:\nIn this customer facing position you will be responsible for the management and execution of customer compliance reviews with the goal of ensuring that customers are adhering to their contractual obligations and working with the pricing and licensing team to ensure that customers are leveraging the correct licensing model for the way they do business.\nYou will work with a variety of resources across the company including sales, legal (internal & external), pricing & licensing, and software development to gather and analyze the information needed to determine whether a customer is in compliance of their contract. \nIf you determine a customer is out of compliance, present your findings to the customer, working with sales. If an audit is necessary, you will work with compliance teams across Broadcom to determine the scope of the audit and present it to the customer. \nYou will also work with sales & legal on remediation plans to recover any fees associated with the contract compliance violation.\nThis is a very critical & visible role, and will require regular updates & presentations to Sr. Management, up to and including the division General Manager. \nThis job is an intermediate-level, career-oriented, professional position.\nSkills & Expertise Required:\nExcellent Communication & Presentations Skills\nAbility to work individually and as part of an extended team\nExcellence in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and Google Suite\nExperience in software licensing/pricing\nProblem Solving Skills, Analytical Skills & Attention to Detail\nPatience and Emotional Intelligence\nPositive Attitude & Resilience\nAbility to Prioritize and communicate changes in priority, delays, or roadblocks\nFamiliarity with Software Contracts terms & conditions\nTelemetry & License Management Reporting & Tools (including IBM ISV SCRT Reports)\nAbility to quickly learn a wide variety of technical and non-technical skills\nJob Complexity / Contribution:\nWorks on problems of diverse scope in a fast paced and changing environment where analysis of data & contracts requires evaluation multiple factors to determine compliance. Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Networks with internal and external personnel in their own area of expertise.\nSupervision:\nWork is independent and collaborative in nature. Usually works with minimal supervision, conferring with supervisor or experts on unusual matters.\nRequires daily decision-making capabilities and actions with minimal review by superiors.\nProvides regular updates to manager/leadership on project/account status\nGeneral guidelines for new assignments\nExperience:\nBachelors and 5+ years of related experience or master’s degree and 3+ years of related experience\nCompensation and Benefits\nThe annual base salary range for this position is USD 73,100.00 To USD 117,000.00\nAs a valued member of our team, you'll be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus and the opportunity to receive not only a competitive new hire equity grant, but also annual equity awards, connecting your success directly to the company's growth.
