You will be tasked with leveraging emerging AI technologies to accelerate engineering workflows, automate circuit analysis, and optimize hardware development lifecycles.\nKey Responsibilities\nEngineering Interface:Act as the primary technical liaison between GTO and design engineering teams to translate complex hardware requirements into scalable IT solutions.\n\nHardware Validation & Analysis:Utilize expertise in Worst Case Circuit Analysis (WCCA)and sensitivity analysis to evaluate performance margins for automotive and aerospace-grade hardware.\n\nAI-Driven Acceleration:Identify and implement emerging AI tools to automate repetitive engineering tasks, such as electronic component modeling in PSpiceor signal integrity data analysis.\n\nPCB & System Design:Support the development of mixed-signal hardware, including schematic design, component selection, and multi-layer PCB layout using tools like Altium Designeror Cadence.\n\nBring-up & Testing:Perform board bring-up and validation for high-speed digital systems, utilizing programmable PNAs and high-bandwidth oscilloscopes to verify system requirements.\n\nEmbedded Systems Implementation:Develop and tune embedded firmware (C/C++, Python/MicroPython) for closed-loop control systems and power regulation.\n\nQualifications\nBachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering\n\nTechnical Proficiency:* Design Tools:Mastery of Cadence PSpice, Altium Designer, LTSpice, and KiCad.\nProgramming:Strong foundations in Python, C/C++, and Matlab.\n\nEngineering Concepts:Deep understanding of Power/Signal Integrity, FMEA, and communication protocols (SPI, UART, CAN).\n\nExperience:Proven track record in fast-paced environments (startup or research labs) handling satellite communications, power converters, or high-speed digital systems.\n\nLeadership:Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams or professional organizations, such as IEEE or FSAE-Electric.\n\nPreferred Skills\nExperience with Power Electronics(Buck, Boost, Flyback) and semiconductor device characterization.\n\nFamiliarity with safety-critical systems like Brake System Plausibility Devices (BSPD).\n\nAbility to conduct formal design reviews and peer evaluations.\n\nCompensation and Benefits\nThe annual base salary range for this position is USD 59,000.00 To USD 74,700.00\nAs a valued member of our team, you'll be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus and the opportunity to receive not only a competitive new hire equity grant, but also annual equity awards, connecting your success directly to the company's growth.
