Responsible for the overall program planning including budget, structure, schedule, and planning staffing requirements with a major emphasis on quality and time to market. Manage customer requirements while ensuring good practices in standard methodologies and processes to deliver Broadcom solutions.\nRequirements/Qualifications:\nMust have held Program and/or Project Management leadership role for 8+ years\nBSEE or BSCE required\nMust have simultaneously managed multiple large and small projects\nTrack record of successfully working with customers and internal company cross-functional teams - customer managers, project managers, architecture, silicon design, board development, and software R&D teams to build and enhance Broadcom solutions\nExperience managing project budget, profit and loss\nMust be process oriented and can plan, design, implement process across cross functional teams.\nMust be able to resolve and apply resolutions to address complex business/technical challenges utilizing people, process, and technology.\nHave the ability to quickly understand existing systems/technology and their dependencies with one another utilizing all project resources\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical staff.\nStrong Customer Service both internal and external\nTeam player who has the ability to work effectively with all levels of Management\nEffective executive level presentation skills \nDemonstrated experience in cross departmental management, teamwork, and execution.\nPreferred Skills:\nPMI certification desired but not required\nCompensation and Benefits\nThe annual base salary range for this position is USD 109,700.00 To USD 175,500.00\nAs a valued member of our team, you'll be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus and the opportunity to receive not only a competitive new hire equity grant, but also annual equity awards, connecting your success directly to the company's growth.
