If you already have a Candidate Account, please Sign-In before you apply.\nJob Description:\nResponsible for indirect materials sourcing of supplier to support cost structure and strategy.\nResponsible for Global Procurement Processes, Policies and Negotiation of price, contracts, terms and conditions.\nTo strategize, implement and drive supplier integration / streamline to meet business and cost strategies.\nJob Functions:\nAnalysis: Perform Spent and Cost analysis to identify-communicate saving, cost reduction and avoidance opportunities and improvement programs to support business need.\nSupplier sourcing, selection, management and development:\nResponsible for the planning, assessment and development of strategic regional suppliers.\nSource, Select, Manage and Develop suppliers, Negotiate contracts on the basis of the company strategy and regulations.\nInternal stakeholders management:\nCollaborate with internal customers to synergize strategies and tactics.\nProvide good service to internal and external customers to improve the customer satisfaction.\nHandling queries or complaints from the end-users\nProcurement governance / Process Improvement:\nComply with Procurement Governance. Monitor and drive improvement on Procurement policies.\nFormulating efficient and effective process, create indicator to monitor and measure progress and results.\nProject Management: Support projects approved by management; eg. Not limited to, waste recycling program involving electronics, plastic, finished products, raw materials, packaging items, assets disposal etc.\nRequirements:\nCandidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.\nAt least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.\nDemonstrated experience in Project management.\nCandidates with Oracle knowledge have added advantage. Strong Microsoft Excel knowledge is a must.\nOther soft skills required: Excellent problem solving & Analytical skills, Strong Interpersonal skills, Good administrative skills, Strong Oral and written communication skills (proficiency in written and spoken English and Mandarin language)\nPreferably with good knowledge in manufacturing processes.\nCapable of working independently as well as in a team.\nApplicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.\nBroadcom is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
