We are at the forefront of leveraging AI and machine learning to revolutionize network observability and provide unparalleled insights. \nJob Summary:\nWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of our AI-powered network observability solutions within Broadcom Network Observability. This role will focus on leveraging artificial intelligence and machine learning to enhance network visibility, automate anomaly detection, and provide actionable insights for our customers. You will be responsible for defining the product roadmap, working closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our enterprise customers.\nResponsibilities:\nProduct Strategy and Roadmap:\nDefine and execute the product vision and roadmap for AI-powered network observability solutions.\n\nConduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product strategy.\n\nPrioritize features and initiatives based on customer needs, market trends, and business goals.\n\nProduct Development and Execution:\nCollaborate with engineering and design teams to translate product requirements into detailed specifications and user stories.\n\nManage the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality releases.\n\nDefine and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas for improvement. \n\nAI and Machine Learning Integration:\nDrive the integration of AI and machine learning capabilities into our network observability platform.\n\nWork with data scientists and engineers to develop and implement AI models for anomaly detection, root cause analysis, and predictive analytics.\n\nEnsure that AI-driven insights are presented in a clear and actionable manner for our customers.\n\nCustomer Engagement and Advocacy:\nEngage with customers and partners to gather feedback and understand their needs.\n\nServe as a product evangelist, presenting product demos and providing technical expertise to customers and internal stakeholders.\n\nWork with marketing and sales teams to develop product messaging and go-to-market strategies.\n\nCross-Functional Collaboration:\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support, to ensure alignment and successful product delivery.\n\nCommunicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.\n\nWork with UX designers to create intuitive and useful user interfaces.\n\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).\n\n5+ years of product management experience, preferably in the network observability or IT operations domain.\n\nStrong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts and their application to network monitoring and analysis.\n\nExperience with network protocols, technologies, and monitoring tools.\n\nProven track record of successfully launching and managing complex software products.\n\nExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.\n\nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.\n\nExperience with cloud based technologies and SaaS product delivery.\n\nExperience with Network performance Monitoring and Diagnostics (NPMD) solutions.\n\nFamiliarity with data visualization and analytics tools.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience with large-scale data processing and analysis.\n\nKnowledge of cloud-native technologies and microservices architectures.\n\nExperience with Agile development methodologies.\n\nExperience in the networking industry.\n\nBenefits:\nBroadcom offers a competitive compensation and benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
