As a Principal Member of Technical Staff, you will partner closely with Product Management, Engineering Leadership, AI Platform teams, and Cloud Operations to design and deliver AI-powered capabilities that transform cloud financial management, engineering productivity, and enterprise decision making.\nThis role combines deep software engineering expertise with AI, cloud, and enterprise platform experience. The ideal candidate is passionate about building intelligent enterprise software and enjoys solving complex business problems using modern AI technologies.\nResponsibilities\nDesign and develop enterprise-scale cloud-native services supporting Unified Hybrid FinOps.\nBuild AI-powered capabilities using LLMs, Agentic AI, MCP, RAG, and enterprise knowledge platforms.\nDevelop intelligent services for:\nCloud cost optimization\nTokenomics\nCapacity forecasting\nBudget recommendations\nExecutive insights\nPortfolio analytics\nAI copilots\nPartner with Product Management to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.\nCollaborate with DevOps teams to improve engineering productivity through AI-assisted software development.\nDevelop APIs, microservices, data pipelines, and AI orchestration services.\nMentor engineers on modern AI engineering practices and software architecture.\nQualifications\n8+ years developing enterprise SaaS applications.\nStrong Java, Spring Boot, Kubernetes, and distributed systems experience.\nExperience with Generative AI, AI Agents, LLM integration, Prompt Engineering, MCP, and RAG.\nExperience building cloud-native applications on AWS, Azure, GCP, or VMware Cloud Foundation.\nStrong understanding of APIs, microservices, event-driven architectures, and DevOps.\nExcellent collaboration and problem-solving skills.\nSuccess Measures\nDeliver scalable AI services that become foundational capabilities of the ValueOps Financial Intelligence Solution\nImprove engineering productivity through AI-enabled development.\nBuild reusable AI services that accelerate product innovation across the ValueOps portfolio.\nCompensation and Benefits\nThe annual base salary range for this position is USD 143,800.00 To USD 230,000.00\nAs a valued member of our team, you'll be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus and the opportunity to receive not only a competitive new hire equity grant, but also annual equity awards, connecting your success directly to the company's growth.
