If you already have a Candidate Account, please Sign-In before you apply.\nJob Description:\nJob Summary\nWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Process Engineer (Senior) with strong expertise in III-V Epitaxy to drive the development and manufacturing of high performance semiconductor devices (such as lasers for AI data centers). The role centers on III-V epitaxial growth process development (MOCVD) combined with wafer fabrication, supporting both R&D and high-volume production. The candidate will play a key role in process optimization, yield improvement, and new product introduction (NPI).\nKey Responsibilities\nLead the development, optimization, and qualification of III-V epitaxial growth processes (primarily MOCVD) for various device structures to meet R&D and production requirements.\nDrive continuous improvement of process quality such as: uniformity, defect density, and reproducibility.\nSupport New Product Introduction (NPI) from design structure to manufacturable process flow.\nCollaborate closely with international teams on process development, troubleshooting, and technology transfer.\nUtilize data analytics, AI/ML tools, and statistical process control to enhance process capability and manufacturing efficiency.\nPerform and support advanced characterization and failure analysis\nQualifications\nEducation\nMaster’s or PhD degree in Physics, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related semiconductor field is preferred.\nBachelor’s degree holders with strong relevant industry experience are also encouraged to apply.\nExperience & Technical Skills\nHands-on experience in III-V epitaxial growth (MOCVD preferred) is preferred. Candidates with proven track record in developing and qualifying III-V epi processes for lasers, photodetectors, or other optoelectronic devices will be given priority.\nDeep understanding of epitaxial growth mechanisms, precursor chemistry, reactor dynamics, and structure design for III-V materials (e.g., GaAs, InP, GaN, or related compounds).\nKnowledge of semiconductor materials and device physics, especially for Laser applications.\nFamiliarity with advanced materials characterization tools is an advantage: SIMS, XRD, AFM, SEM, Photoluminescence, Hall measurement, etc.\nExperience using data analytics, statistical process control (SPC), and AI/ML tools for epitaxial process optimization and control is highly desirable\nFresh graduates with a Master’s or PhD degree are encouraged to apply.
