If you already have a Candidate Account, please Sign-In before you apply.\nJob Description:\nAs Senior Manager, International Tax, you will assist tax leaders within the Tax function for International Tax. This position is based in Palo Alto, CA, and reports to the Senior Director, International Tax.\nResponsibilities Include:\nManage tax planning initiatives from idea to implementation to ensure full compliance with legal steps, tax requirements and tax aspects of financial statements\nWork on tax operational aspects of transer pricing, Pillar II, business transformations, M&A activity, and ERP system upgrades to achieve efficiencies in process and reduction of operating costs\nExamine and build tax operational rules for intercompany activity to ensure transfer pricing criteria are met and implemented\nManage US tax audits in conjunction with advisers including data collection, settlement recommendation and other aspects of audit/litigation process\nBuild relationships and understand tax positions of various business divisions\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics; JD or master of tax a plus \n15+ years in a large corporate tax environment with international tax experience, which may be in Big 4 or similar, and culminating in industry experience. \n5+ years of experience in management\nStrong MS Excel skill required.\nCPA is preferred.\nWilling to learn new technical skills independently or with the mentorship of more experienced team members when necessary.\nAptitude and willingness for self-review.\nSelf-motivated and with the ability to develop and manage work plans to carryout complex projects\nCompensation and Benefits\nThe annual base salary range for this position is USD 146,900.00 To USD 235,000.00\nAs a valued member of our team, you'll be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus and the opportunity to receive not only a competitive new hire equity grant, but also annual equity awards, connecting your success directly to the company's growth.
