If you already have a Candidate Account, please Sign-In before you apply.\nJob Description:\nBroadcom is seeking a seasoned, strategicSenior Product Manager to drive the product lifecycle and GTM execution for our industry-leadingPCIe Switch product line.\nIn this role, you will define the roadmap and ecosystem strategy for high-performance interconnects that power the next generation of data center compute engines. While deep protocol-level PCIe chip design expertise is not required, you must bring a strong, holistic understanding of modern data center server architectures-specificallyAI/ML server topologies, GPU/XPU clusters, high-density server designs, and rack-scale integration.\nYou will work closely with major hyperscalers, tier-1 OEMs, ODMs, enterprise customers, and cross-functional engineering teams to define and deliver solutions that solve the industry's toughest data center throughput, scaling, and latency challenges.\nKey Responsibilities\nProduct Strategy & Roadmap Execution: Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle for Broadcom’s PCIe switch portfolio-from concept definition and business case development to product launch and sustained end-of-life management.\n\nAI & Server Market Alignment: Translate macro trends in AI workloads, accelerator clusters, high-density rack power/thermal requirements, and system-level architectures into clear, actionable hardware and software product requirements.\n\nCustomer & Ecosystem Engagement: Serve as the primary technical-business interface for hyperscale cloud providers, server OEMs, and system builders. Translate customer architectural pain points into scalable chip and platform features.\n\nCross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with ASIC design, system engineering, firmware/software, silicon validation, and sales teams to deliver products on schedule and within targeted cost/margin parameters.\n\nGo-To-Market & Enablement: Develop pricing strategies, collateral, competitive analyses, and technical sales training to maximize product adoption across key enterprise and cloud accounts.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nProduct Management Experience: 12+ years of dedicated Product Management experience delivering complex hardware, semiconductor, or data center platform solutions.\n\nData Center & AI Server Domain Expertise: Strong working knowledge of data center architectures, with deep understanding of AI/ML server platforms (e.g., multi-GPU topologies, host-to-accelerator connectivity), server chassis designs, backplanes, and rack-scale infrastructure.\n\nStrategic Business Acumen: Demonstrated track record of developing product roadmaps, pricing models, ROI justifications, and managing product line P&Ls.\n\nCustomer-Facing Leadership: Proven success engaging directly with hyperscalers, tier-1 OEMs, or system integrators to capture requirements and win sockets.\n\nEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nPrior experience managing high-speed interconnects, fabrics, or board/system-level server hardware.\n\nFamiliarity with PCIe, CXL, Ethernet, or NVLink system topologies from an architectural/use-case perspective (deep ASIC/protocol logic design experience isnotrequired).\n\nMaster’s degree in Engineering or an MBA.\n\nCompensation and Benefits\nThe annual base salary range for this position is USD 137,500.00 To USD 220,000.00\nAs a valued member of our team, you'll be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus and the opportunity to receive not only a competitive new hire equity grant, but also annual equity awards, connecting your success directly to the company's growth.
