We are looking for a hands-on, high-craft Senior UX Designer to join our Product Design team and take end-to-end ownership of key product areas. If you thrive in technical domains, work AI-natively, and can transform intricate system challenges into intuitive, scalable experiences, this is the role for you.\nYou will play a key role in modernizing the user experience of a mature product ecosystem, bringing contemporary design thinking to our suite of enterprise solutions. This role is highly collaborative; you will act as an embedded partner to Product Managers, Engineers, and Researchers to translate ambiguous briefs into clear, defensible designs. Your work will have a direct impact on users at some of the largest organizations in the world, making high-stakes systems feel intuitive and impactful.\nRequired Qualifications\nEducation: Master’s degree in Computer Science Engineering, Human Factors Engineering, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Interaction Design (IxD), Industrial Design, Cognitive Science, Graphic Design or related field.\n\nExperience: 8+ years in UX/Product Design, ideally in enterprise, infrastructure management, or complex SaaS environments.\n\nFigma & Design Systems: Expert-level Figma proficiency and a proven ability to build and maintain scalable design systems.\n\nAI Fluency: Active, practical use of AI tools (Claude, Cursor, etc.) as part of day-to-day design workflows.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with complex, data-rich products or infrastructure management tools.\n\nWorking knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.\n\nExperience conducting customer research/validation (design, facilitate and analyze customer research sessions)\n\nExperience facilitating design workshops, design sprints, or cross-functional sessions.\n\nPassion for mentoring peers and raising the design quality bar across a team.\n\nWhat You’ll Do\nOwn End-to-End Design: Lead the full UX lifecycle from discovery and research to design handoff.\n\nSimplify Complexity: Strong systems thinking and ability to design across complex, end-to-end experiences and translate advanced enterprise/technical workflows into accessible, intuitive solutions.\n\nCollaborate Actively: Act as an embedded partner to Product Managers and Engineering; convert vague requirements into actionable, high-impact design strategies.\n\nDesign Systems: Identify gaps, build patterns, and enforce component standards to accelerate velocity across the product ecosystem.\n\nWork AI-Native: Integrate AI tools (e.g., Figma AI, Claude, Cursor) into your daily process to accelerate validation and design cycles.\n\nChampion Quality: Advocate for research-backed decisions, accessibility (WCAG), and data-informed iteration.\n\nWhat We Offer\nCompetitive salary and benefits package with a global technology leader.\n\nA culture of innovation with an AI-first approach to product development.\n\nWhy Broadcom IMS?\nBroadcom's identity and access products help mitigate cyberattacks by enforcing granular security policies that stop unauthorized access to sensitive resources across the world's most complex infrastructures.
