If you already have a Candidate Account, please Sign-In before you apply.\nJob Description:\nStaff Memory Circuit Design Engineer\nWe are looking for energetic and passionate memory design engineers to join our Central Engineering Group and be part of an elite memory team responsible for the development of memory compilers and custom macros of all types on the bleeding edge of process technology.\nAvailable Job Responsibilities:\nAnalyze different memory architectures and highlight the tradeoffs\n\nDesign and build memory or circuit blocks at the gate or transistor level\n\nSimulate and analyze the circuit design using transistor level simulators\n\nExtract the layout and perform post-layout simulations and verification\n\nFloorplan physical implementation and leafcell layout integration to build the physical macro\n\nIntegrate characterization flow to extract timing and power information\n\nDevelop scripts to automate characterization flow, simulations, and verification\n\nSpecify and verify various behavioral and physical memory models\n\nDocument the design specifications, behavioral description, and timing diagrams\n\nSpecify silicon test plan and correlate silicon to simulation data\n\nHelp debug silicon issues\n\nSkillset Required:\nStrong knowledge in development of memory compilers or custom digital circuits of all types; SRAMs, Register-files, Multi-ports, ROM, etc…\n\nDeep understanding of transistor level circuit behavior and device physics\n\nGood understanding of signal integrity, EM/IR, and reliability analysis\n\nUnderstanding of memory behavioral and physical models\n\nUnderstanding of DFT schemes and chip level integration\n\nFamiliarity with test setups, silicon testing and debug is a plus\n\nProficient in running simulators, writing automation scripts, and are tools savvy. Proficiency in Python programming language is considered a positive.\n\nGood communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills\n\nMotivated, self-driven and good at multi-tasking\n\nQualifications:\nRequires a BS in Electrical Engineering and 8+ years of related experience\nCompensation and Benefits\nThe annual base salary range for this position is USD 109,700.00 To USD 175,500.00\nAs a valued member of our team, you'll be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus and the opportunity to receive not only a competitive new hire equity grant, but also annual equity awards, connecting your success directly to the company's growth.
