Proficient in leveraging AI coding agents (e.g., Claude, Cursor) and applying spec-driven development methodologies to accelerate engineering workflows.\n\nProven track record of designing and deploying enterprise-grade agentic applications. Experience working with both foundational LLM and SLM models to build autonomous, multi-agent architectures.\n\nExpertise in Context Engineering and building RAG and MCP architectures to optimize retrieval accuracy, context management, and model grounding.\n\nExperience in harness engineering including designing model routing, agent execution loop, tool integration, safety guardrails, authZ, and execution environments and memory management to ensure reliability, observability, and deterministic performance in non-deterministic systems.\n\nPassion for keeping pace with rapid AI advancements, continuously evaluating and integrating state-of-the-art models, tools, and design patterns into production systems.\n\nStrong proficiency in backend languages and frameworks, including Java, Spring, Hibernate.\n\nProven Experience in building end to end features and products with high quality, availability, performance and scale.\n\nSolid understanding of message queueing, event streaming and data caching.\n\nExperience working with Database technologies (RDBMS and NoSQL), preferably OpenSearch and PostgreSQL, ClickHouse.\n\nExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.\n\nFamiliarity with modern JavaScript-based web frameworks like Angular or React.\n\nKnowledge of VMware technology is a plus\n\nResponsibilities:\nResearch & evaluate new technologies for building and delivering new features.\n\nParticipate in architectural design and code reviews.\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional distributed teams for product development.\n\nGuide and mentor other engineers on technology, design, and coding practices.\n\nWork in an Agile development environment while continuously evaluating and improving engineering processes.\n\nWork in a fast-paced startup-like environment, able to rapidly prototype ideas and convert the prototypes into an enterprise-grade product capability.\n\nMust have legal authorization to work in the US\nCompensation and Benefits\nThe annual base salary range for this position is USD 143,800.00 To USD 230,000.00\nAs a valued member of our team, you'll be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus and the opportunity to receive not only a competitive new hire equity grant, but also annual equity awards, connecting your success directly to the company's growth.
