Responsible for creating highly efficient and effective hardware and software for product development and production testing.\nResponsibilities:\nCo-develop automated product testing systems in a team environment in close collaboration with product developers and manufacturing test engineers\nDevelop optimized hardware configurations for compliance testing and defect detection.\nBuild test scripts, data acquisition modules and GUI interfaces executing at the highest efficiency for optimum capital utilization\nAssist with product characterization, design validation, and production yield improvement activities\nLeverage platforms in place and add new capabilities in a highly structured approach\nRequirements:\nMaster’s degree in engineering or physics with 6+ years relevant industry experience\nStrong background in optical device testing\nExperience and proficiency in coding in Python, C++ and C# including multi-threaded software and GUI development\nExcellent problem-solving, analytical, and technical troubleshooting skills\nExperience with firmware - microcoding preferred\nExperience with motion control and vision systems preferred\nExperience in relational database interfaces such as Oracle preferred.\nExperience in statistical analysis techniques, JMP software, and process control preferred\nCompensation and Benefits\nThe annual base salary range for this position is USD 109,700.00 To USD 175,500.00\nAs a valued member of our team, you'll be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus and the opportunity to receive not only a competitive new hire equity grant, but also annual equity awards, connecting your success directly to the company's growth.
