You start with the user’s problem, not the technology.\n10+ years of experience building software products (younger candidates considered if demonstrably AI-first)\nProven track record of shipping products in short sprint cycles - you’ve run or thrived in design sprints, hackathons, or rapid prototyping environments\nStrong full-stack engineering foundation: modern front-end (React/Next.js/Vue), back-end (Node/Python/Go), and cloud infrastructure\nDeep, current fluency in AI/GenAI: prompt engineering, context management , agentic frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen), RAG architectures, MCP integrations\nActive, daily user of AI-assisted development tools - GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or equivalent.
