We are looking for an engineer who enjoys software development, troubleshooting complex issues, investigating root causes, validatinghypothesesand identifyingpatterns.\nResponsibilities\nDesign, develop and maintainPython-based testing infrastructure, frameworksand tools.\n\nDesign and implement scalable, maintainable automated testing solutions, including solutions for performance testing.\n\nImprove reliability and performance and oftesting infrastructure.\n\nReview, refactor and improve existing Python codebase.\n\nAnalyze performance test results, perform investigation of degradationsand improvements.\n\nAnalyze automated test results, reproduceand report defects in both the testing framework and the product under test.\n\nRequired qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or engineering discipline.\n\n2+ years of hands-on development experience to include:\nStrong software development experience in Python: OOP, concurrency, performance optimizations, debugging, modules/packages.\n\nExperience in technical design of code according to requirements and goals (decompose solution to classes/modules, choose appropriate data structures etc.).\n\nExperience with any testing framework (pytest,uninttest).\n\nKnowledge of networks and network protocols.\n\nExperience with network programming in Python (socket,websocket,asyncio).\n\nExperience in C# is a plus.\n\n2+ years of hands-on testing experience to include:\nA strong working knowledge of testing backend and client/server applications.\n\nAbility to develop and implement test plans and test cases.\n\nExperience in performance testing is a plus.\n\nExperience designing and developing automated testing frameworks and tools.\n\nExperience with version control systems (Git).\n\nExperience with bug tracking systems (Jira).\n\nSkills and abilities\nExcellent memory and communication skills (verbal and written).\n\nAbility to clearly and concisely articulate problems and explain exactly how to reproduce them.\n\nGood problem solving and analytical skills.\n\nInterpersonal and organizational skills.\n\nExtreme attention to details.\n\nAbility to meet tight deadlines and overcome challenges.\n\nFutures/Commodities/Stock Market Knowledge, trading experience very helpful.\n\nExcellent team workskills,\n\nWillingness to learn new industry, productor technical knowledge.\n\nExcellent knowledge of English.\n\n#LI-Hybrid\nWe are dedicated to fostering a collaborative, engaging, and inclusive environment and are committed to providing a workplace that empowers associates to be authentic and bring their best to work.
