This role will act as the bridge between business stakeholders, product teams, data engineers, analysts, and compliance teams to ensure data projects are aligned with business goals, regulatory expectations, and internal customer needs.\nThe ideal candidate has experience gathering and translating business requirements into clear data and process requirements, supporting delivery of reporting/analytics, and data integration.\n Key Responsibilities:\nPartner with business stakeholders to understand objectives, challenges, and opportunities related to data, reporting, and process improvement.\n\nElicit, document, and manage business, functional, and data requirements.\n\nTranslate business needs into clear user stories, process flows, data mappings, and acceptance criteria.\n\nPerform data analysis to validate requirements, identify data gaps, create data products, and help resolve data issues\n\nSupport the design and implementation of data products and dashboards\n\nFacilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and requirements sessions across technical and non-technical teams.\n\nAssist with UAT planning and execution, ensuring delivered solutions meet business expectations.\n\nAnalyze/document current-state and future-state processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements to data quality, reporting, and operational workflows.\n\nWork closely with business stakeholders, product teams, data engineers, analysts, and compliance teams to support project delivery.\n\nMonitor project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating where appropriate.\n\nEnsure data governance on data products (creation of business glossary, creation of data quality rules, documenting data lineage, etc.)\n\nKey Skills:\nCommunication and facilitation across various groups\n\nRequirements gathering and documentation\n\nStakeholder management\n\nData analysis and creation of data products\n\nSQL queries (Snowflake)\n\nUser story writing and backlog support (JIRA)\n\nUAT coordination\n\nProblem-solving and critical thinking\n\nUnderstanding of agile methodology\n\nData Governance (data sourcing, data quality, issue management, business glossary, etc.)\n\nWe are dedicated to fostering a collaborative, engaging, and inclusive environment and are committed to providing a workplace that empowers associates to be authentic and bring their best to work.
