We’re seeking experienced Change Project Managers to deliver complex, often technical projects using Agile methods - ensuring high-quality, profitable outcomes for clients and the business.\nKey Focus Areas\n1. Service Delivery - Manage end-to-end project delivery to agreed quality, cost, and timeline standards.\n2. Profitability - Ensure commercial success through accurate scoping, quoting, forecasting, and financial.\n3. Quality - Define success measures, manage risks and issues, and embed best practice in line with ISO standards.\n4. Continuous Improvement - Identify efficiencies, capture lessons learned, and share insights across teams.\nMain Responsibilities\nProject Delivery\nLead multiple, complex change projects from initiation to transition to BAU.\nDevelop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and scope.\nInterpret and clarify client requirements; document functional/non-functional requirements, user stories, and process maps.\nIdentify appropriate delivery approaches, assemble teams, and coordinate effective execution.\nManage communication with stakeholders, ensuring alignment and timely reporting.\nOversee risk, issue, and dependency management ensure readiness for implementation.\nCommercial Management\nCreate accurate quotes, track costs and time, and maintain profitability across projects.\nManage scope changes and re-baseline projects where necessary.\nHandle all financial tasks - purchase orders, supplier invoicing, revenue recognition, forecasting, and billing.\nQuality & Compliance\nEnsure adherence to internal processes and ISO standards.\nConduct root cause analysis and implement preventative actions.\nDefine and track delivery metrics to verify success\nContinuous Improvement\nCapture and share lessons learned, run retrospectives, and contribute to the improvement of Signal’s delivery frameworks.\nProvide management information (MI) to support process optimisation.\nPromote more effective planning, collaboration, delivery approaches across teams.\nCandidate Profile\nProject management qualification (e.g. PRINCE2, APM, PMI) and/or proven experience managing complex technical projects end to end.\nBusiness Analysis qualification (e.g. BCS Certificate) desirable.\n5+ years’ experience in full lifecycle project delivery, achieving time, cost, and quality outcomes.\nSkilled in both Agile and Waterfall methods.\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills at levels.\nAnalytical mindset - able to assess processes and translate them into clear, actionable requirements.\nExcellent documentation, organisation, and time management skills.\nProcess-oriented with attention to structured delivery, change control, and quality assurance.\nInterest in technology and document management platforms (e.g. Quadient).\nSuccess Measures\nClient satisfaction and retention\nAchievement of project financial objectives\nPositive stakeholder feedback and collaboration\nAdoption of improved ways of working- Delivery of personal and project KPIs\nWe are dedicated to fostering a collaborative, engaging, and inclusive environment and are committed to providing a workplace that empowers associates to be authentic and bring their best to work.
