In this role, you will serve as an internal subject-matter expert for colleagues and an external resource for clients and company representatives. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in compensation practices and governance standards in North America and/or Latin America.\nKey Responsibilities\nReview SEC filings and proxy statements from publicly traded companies, with a focus on executive compensation programs and share-based compensation plans to maintain data integrity.\nTrain and coach data analysts to deliver quality data to policy analysts.\nAct as liaison between data team manager and policy team leaders to complete client deliverables expeditiously.\nReview the accuracy in which client voting policies are applied and prepare client summaries explaining results of their voting policies on specific proposals.\nDeliver client reports in a timely manner.\nSupport the broader policy team in data projects, as needed.\nCommunicate with the broader team to explain compensation policies, methodologies, and analytical outcomes.\nUtilize analytical tools, models, and technology platforms to conduct detailed quantitative and qualitative assessments.\nLimited travel internationally and to Manila, as needed.\nYour Profile\nStrong knowledge of executive compensation practices, governance trends, and related corporate disclosures.\nSolid reading comprehension, analytical capabilities and familiarity with compensation-related modeling.\nAbility to communicate complex compensation concepts clearly to both internal and external stakeholders across global time zones.\nAbility to effectively collaborate with team members spread across Asia and North America.\nComfortable working with analytical tools and compensation-related data models.\nResponsibly uses Ai tools for research function, balancing human-in-the-lead and human-in-the-loop approaches.\nExperience training regional data teams.\nFluent in English as reader, writer and speaker.\nProfessional competency in written Spanish or Portuguese a plus.\nRequired Qualifications\nDemonstrated familiarity with executive compensation issues and governance norms.\nExcellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills, particularly while working remote.\nAbility to collaborate effectively within a team-oriented, remote environment.\nHigh attention to detail, accuracy, and organization, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.\nFluent in English as reader, writer and speaker.\nExperience with Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel.\nMinimum of 2 years of relevant experience in executive pay governance research.\nWillingness and ability to travel domestically or internationally, if needed.\nCandidate must be able to provide quality internet connectivity on own when working remotely.\nBachelor’s degree required.\nWe are dedicated to fostering a collaborative, engaging, and inclusive environment and are committed to providing a workplace that empowers associates to be authentic and bring their best to work.
