You’ll partner with engineering, manufacturing, sales, advertising, and production teams to bring innovative products to market and improve existing offerings.\nResponsabillities\nIdentify customer needs, market trends, and competitive opportunities.\nDefine product requirements, product-line strategy, packaging, and pricing recommendations.\nEvaluate new product ideas, business cases, ROI, and development plans.\nCoordinate timelines and product launches with cross-functional teams.\nBuild integrated go-to-market plans with sales, advertising, and production.\nHelp solve complex product and business challenges using data, market insight, and sound judgment.\nSupport and guide colleagues while leading smaller projects with defined timelines and resources.\nRequirements\nApproximately 8-10 years of relevant industry experiencein capital markets, bringing practical domain expertise and strong client-facing capabilities.\nSolid knowledge of securities financing and post-trade services,including stock borrow/loan, repo, securities lending, lifecycle events, settlements, and clearing.\nExcellent communication and relationship-management skills,with the ability to build credibility, lead client discussions, understand concerns, and explain complex topics clearly.\nThe ability to translate operational needs into actionable requirements,working closely with business analysts, support, and development teams.\nStrong delivery oversight and organisational skills,including the ability to monitor commitments, identify risks, manage competing priorities, and drive follow-through.\nA collaborative approach and the ability to influence across functions,helping establish clear responsibilities and effective ways of working as the team structure evolves.\nSound analytical and business judgment,balancing client needs with product priorities and delivery considerations.\nIf you enjoy building lasting client relationships, applying deep industry knowledge, and improving how product commitments are delivered, we’d love to hear from you.\nHybrid Flexible at Broadridge\nWe are made up of high-performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed.
