We’re seeking an Associate Client Services Representative to manage client interactions and builds strong relationships with internal and external partners. Team members collaborate in person as needed to learn and work together.\nResponsibilities:\nManage inquiries from beneficial issuer and proxy-agent clients, using diplomacy and sound judgment to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes in a team environment.\nSupport beneficial issuer clients and proxy agents with share-owner solicitations, data reporting, problem-solving, and service matters in accordance with applicable NYSE, bank, and broker requirements.\nAdvocate for beneficial clients and coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues and meet client goals.\nKeep issuer clients and proxy-agent clients informed about industry and regulatory changes, Broadridge process updates, and potential impacts on their business.\nBuild and maintain strong issuer client and proxy-agent client relationships, identifying value-added solutions that address client needs.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent.\nTwo to three years of experience in a client service or client-facing role.\nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.\nStrong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize time effectively.\nExcellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to build positive, productive relationships with clients.\nProficiency with AI tools and Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.\nStrong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.\nCompensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $27/hr - $30/hr USD.
