This role responds to client needs professionally and promptly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment where accuracy is essential. Team members collaborate in person as needed to learn and work together. Responsibilities: Manage inquiries from beneficial issuer and proxy-agent clients, using diplomacy and sound judgment to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes in a team environment. Support beneficial issuer clients and proxy agents with share-owner solicitations, data reporting, problem-solving, and service matters in accordance with applicable NYSE, bank, and broker requirements.
