Local Security Ownership\nOwn the end-to-end cybersecurity posture for China-based systems, infrastructure, and data\n\nAct as the accountable security leader for local audit, regulatory, and compliance requirements\n\nMaintain visibility into the full China technology footprint (networks, servers, applications, identity, vendors)\n\nEnsure security controls are implemented, effective, and consistentlyevidencedfor audit defensibility\n\n2. Regulatory & External Engagement\nServe as the primary interface for local regulators, auditors, and compliance authorities\n\nEnsure alignment with applicable China cybersecurity regulations, including:\n\nMLPS 2.0\n\nCybersecurity Law (CSL)\n\nData Security Law (DSL)\n\nPersonal Information Protection Law (PIPL)\n\nLead regulatory submissions, inspections, and control assessments\n\nCoordinate with Legal and Compliance on regulatory interpretation and obligations\n\n3. Risk Management & Decision Authority\nDrive local risk identification, assessment, and prioritization\n\nOwn management of exceptions, compensating controls, and remediation plans\n\nMake or escalate risk acceptance decisions in partnership with global BISG leadership\n\nProvide regular visibility into China-specific risk exposure and mitigation status\n\n4. Security Execution & Oversight\nCoordinate execution across security domains\n\nEnsuretimelyremediation of vulnerabilities and control gaps\n\nRemove blockersimpactingsecurity delivery within China constraints (technical, regulatory, or operational)\n\n5. Global Integration & Alignment\nAct as the primary bridge between China operations and Broadridge Information Security Group (BISG)\n\nDrive adoption of enterprise standards, tooling, and processes within China constraints\n\nCoordinate dependencies with global teams (SOC, IR, Engineering, Architecture)\n\nEnsure alignment with broader CQG integration and security transformation initiatives\n\n6.
