The ideal candidate has experience working with large-scale datasets, designing scalable data pipelines, and supporting production systems in a financial services environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop and maintain ETL pipelines and data workflows using Informatica.\nBuild, optimize, and tune SQL queries, stored procedures, and data models in Greenplum/PostgreSQL.\nWork with cloud-based data platforms such as Amazon Redshift and Snowflake.\nEnsure data quality, performance tuning, and compliance with data governance standards.\nTroubleshoot ETL failures, analyze root causes, and provide timely fixes.\nPerform application support activities including batch/job monitoring, incident triage, and resolution of job failures.\nCollaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth execution of daily, weekly, and monthly data loads.\nIdentify recurring production issues and implement long-term preventive solutions.\nPartner with cross-functional teams to support production releases and data pipeline enhancements.\nRequired Skills\n8-10+ years of experience in Informatica ETL development, database engineering, or data integration roles.\nStrong experience with Greenplum or other MPP (Massively Parallel Processing) systems.\nExposure to cloud data warehousing platforms (Redshift, Snowflake, etc.).\nExperience in financial services or large-scale, data-intensive environments.\nLinux shell scripting and familiarity with Git, CI/CD processes.\nExperience with production support, job scheduling tools (Autosys/Control-M/Airflow), and incident management workflows.\nGood to Have\nExperience with Airflow orchestration, Kafka streaming, or enterprise data quality frameworks.\nKnowledge of financial datasets such as Transactions, Positions, and Corporate Actions.\nExposure to monitoring tools (Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics).\nFamiliarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.\nWe are dedicated to fostering a collaborative, engaging, and inclusive environment and are committed to providing a workplace that empowers associates to be authentic and bring their best to work.
