This role reports to the Senior Director, Corporate Accounting, and partners closely with Controllership and cross-functional teams, and helps build the Corporate Segment Controllership function from the ground up while supporting close, controls, and accounting operations.\nResponsibilities:\nOversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close for the Corporate Segment, delivering timely and accurate financials in accordance with US GAAP while maintaining a strong internal controls environment\n\nEstablish and implement close processes and procedures across Corporate areas, coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet business needs\n\nProvide accounting support for corporate areas including Finance, HR, Legal, Strategy, Sales & Marketing, Technology, and Procurement\n\nPrepare Corporate Segment journal entries and account reconciliations, and support monthly Balance Sheet and P&L review for accuracy\n\nPartner with the Senior Director and Technology FP&A teams to provide accounting insights on hardware/software licensing arrangements, Data Centers, and related accounting treatment\n\nSupport and improve reconciliation and close operations, including global Blackline reconciliation administration and compliance with company policy\n\nLead or contribute to process improvement, automation, executive reporting, ad-hoc projects, BR Foundation financials, and Digital Transformation initiatives\n\nRequirements:\nMinimum 1-2 years of professional experience in General Ledger accounting\n\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with enterprise accounting systems (such as: Oracle, NetSuite, SAP)\n\nStrong analytical capabilities with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in the interpretation of financial data\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all organizational levels\n\nWe are dedicated to fostering a collaborative, engaging, and inclusive environment and are committed to providing a workplace that empowers associates to be authentic and bring their best to work.
