We are currently hiring a High-Speed Insert Operator in our South Windsor location:\nBasic Purpose: Set up, operate and monitor high-speed inserting equipment used in the production and assembly of client output. Ensures every job is verified, materials for the job match customer requests and achieves throughput goals assigned by management. Reports to supervisor.\nJob Responsibilities:\nAbility to interpret production orders, follow in-depth work instructions, and keep the machine running at the optimal pace for the job.\nEvaluates and is responsible for quality throughout each job. Completes all required documentation relevant to every job.\nPerforms preventative maintenance and authorized repairs.
