Broadridge is growing. We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to join the Enterprise Marketing team. This role is responsible for the go-to-market execution of integrated flagship campaigns, sales enablement, events, corporate communications, and marketing operations.
This position focuses on campaign and program management, channel execution, stakeholder coordination, performance reporting, budget management, event support, and light content development. The role will partner closely with Segment and Regional Marketers, Brand, Design, agencies, subject-matter experts, and other stakeholders to develop and activate marketing campaigns and assets across channels.
The ideal candidate is a data-driven, ambitious self-starter who can manage multiple priorities, collaborate effectively across a highly matrixed organization, and step in where needed to deliver results.
Responsibilities
- Execute integrated go-to-market campaigns and marketing programs from planning through execution, measurement, and analysis.
- Analyze campaign performance and metrics, translating marketing data into clear insights and recommendations for stakeholders.
- Own and manage the Enterprise Marketing Team budget, including tracking, invoice processing, and accurate reporting.
- Support large-scale events, sales enablement, and corporate communications through the coordination, activation, and distribution of relevant campaign materials and communications.
- Write and manage copy for social posts, Marketing Updates, and website advertisements, ensuring content is accurate, on-brand, and aligned with campaign objectives.
- Use Broadridge marketing tools, including Pardot and Sprinklr, and learn internal processes to streamline marketing execution.
- Build strong relationships across the organization and collaborate closely with Marketing Centers of Excellence and agency partners.
- Serve as the marketing and communications liaison for Broadridge Partnerships and Broadridge Consulting Services, supporting their marketing and communication programs.
- Manage the Broadridge Enterprise awards program and annual campaigns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a concentration in marketing.
- 2+ years of experience in B2B product marketing, digital marketing, field marketing, or a related discipline, preferably within the financial services or technology industry.
- Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns, digital delivery, agency relationships, stakeholder coordination, and webinars or events.
- Understanding of the modern marketing ecosystem, including marketing technology platforms and campaign measurement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to tailor communications for diverse internal and external audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple business and sales stakeholders while maintaining strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Strategic thinker, inquisitive, and demonstrate sound judgment, with the ability to prioritize efficiently in a fast-paced, highly matrixed work environment.
This role is Hybrid meaning you will be assigned to our New York City Office and given the flexibility to work remotely 2-3 days per week.
Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000 USD
Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
