You’ll be encouraged to use these tools thoughtfully and responsibly as part of your day-to-day work.\nThis role suits someone who enjoys hands-on development, collaborative problem-solving, and delivering reliable software in a practical, iterative environment.\nResponsibilities\nDesign, build, test, deploy, and maintain secure, reliable, and maintainable software\n\nDevelop and support .NET services and APIs within an event-driven microservices architecture\n\nContribute to integrations between systems using APIs and events\n\nWork with PostgreSQL and data access patterns to deliver scalable, supportable solutions\n\nSupport applications and services hosted in AWS, including Lambda, ECS, and EC2\n\nContribute to UI development in Blazor and MudBlazor where needed\n\nBreak down requirements and solution designs into clear technical tasks\n\nParticipate in estimation, planning, and technical discussions\n\nTake part in peer reviews and contribute to shared coding standards and quality practices\n\nWrite automated tests and help improve software quality and reliability\n\nTroubleshoot defects, investigate incidents, and support production issues when needed\n\nCreate and maintain clear technical documentation\n\nUse approved AI-assisted development tools responsibly and in line with engineering, security, and quality standards\n\nRequirements\nMinimum 3 years of experience as a Software Engineer building production application in C# and .NET\n\nExperience building and maintaining backend services and APIs\n\nExperience working with event-driven systems, asynchronous messaging patterns, or service-based architectures\n\nUnderstanding of RESTful APIs and service-to-service communication\n\nExperience with relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL\n\nUnderstanding of automated tests and good software quality practices\n\nExperience using source control and collaborating through code review practices\n\nAbility to work from technical documentation and break development work into clear technical tasks\n\nPractical experience using AI-assisted development tools as part of day-to-day engineering work\n\nGood written and verbal communication skills\n\nComfortable working in a pragmatic delivery environment that draws from agile principles without following a strict framework\n\nNice to have:\nExperience with microservices architecture\n\nExperience with BFF patterns\n\nExperience with AWS services such as Lambda, ECS, EC2, or related cloud-hosted environments\n\nExperience with PostgreSQL in production systems\n\nExperience with Blazor and/or MudBlazor\n\nFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes\n\nFamiliarity with Docker or container-based development\n\nExposure to observability, logging, and monitoring practices in distributed systems\n\nExposure to AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot\n\nAwareness of secure coding practices and building resilient applications\n\n#LI-Hybrid\n#LI-LM1\nWe are dedicated to fostering a collaborative, engaging, and inclusive environment and are committed to providing a workplace that empowers associates to be authentic and bring their best to work.
