The Pricing Analyst will also monitor industry trends, conduct competitive analysis, manage deals, and recommend pricing adjustments to optimize revenue and market share.\nKey Responsibilities:\nPrice and manage deals to optimize price and improve win-rate.\nAnalyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify pricing opportunities and threats.\nDevelop and maintain pricing models and methodologies to support strategic pricing decisions.\nDeliver on pricing Annual Operating plan through surfacing insights to improve margins and revenue.\nConduct thorough pricing analysis to determine optimal pricing levels for new and existing products or services.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product features, customer value propositions, and cost structures to inform pricing strategies.\nMonitor pricing performance metrics and KPIs to evaluate effectiveness of pricing strategies and initiatives.\nPerform sensitivity analysis and scenario planning to assess potential impact of pricing changes on revenue and profitability.\nProvide insights and recommendations on pricing adjustments based on data-driven analysis and market dynamics.\nSupport pricing negotiations with customers to ensure favorable terms and agreements.\nDevelop and maintain pricing policies, guidelines, and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance across the organization.\nStay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive developments related to pricing practices.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Economics, Finance, or related field. Master's degree preferred.\nProven experience in pricing analysis, financial analysis, or related field. Previous experience in pricing strategy development is a plus.\nStrong analytical skills with proficiency in quantitative analysis and data interpretation.\nProficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization tools. Experience with pricing software or analytics platforms is desirable.\nExcellent communication, storytelling and PowerPoint, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex pricing concepts to diverse stakeholders.\nDetail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.\nFamiliarity with pricing theories, methodologies, and best practices.\nStrong project management skills.\nKnowledge of relevant industry regulations and compliance standards related to pricing.\nDemonstrated ability to thrive in a dynamic and rapidly changing business environment.\nWe are dedicated to fostering a collaborative, engaging, and inclusive environment and are committed to providing a workplace that empowers associates to be authentic and bring their best to work.
