This is a mid-level position within Print Operations Group. Digital Press operators print materials on high speed monochrome, and process color digital printing presses while maintaining adherence to Broadridge and department policies, procedures, and\nstandards to meet clients’ quality and turnaround service level agreements.\nResponsibilities:\nRead instructions from work order and sets up press or presses with appropriate paper stock and consumables.\nPerform and monitor pre and post processes as needed to produce defined quality output.\nMaintain a safe working environment. Perform lockout/ tag-out procedures appropriately.\nPerform routine preventative maintenance on equipment.\nEfficient at running all types of presses within Print Operations Group.\nCommunicate press condition and issues to technician or supervisor accurately.\nEnsures the proper handling and disposal of inks and other hazardous materials.\nAble to do press changeovers with minimal or no help.\nMay perform other duties/responsibilities as needed or assigned.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nHigh School diploma or equivalent experience preferred.\n12 to 18 months experience in Digital or Off-set printing.\nSkills/Competencies:\nContinuous Learning: Takes initiative to seek formal/informal training.
