The role will be responsible for supporting procurement operations, ensuring compliance with purchasing policies, managing requisitions and catalogs, supporting tactical sourcing activities, managing vendor performance, and providing operational support to business stakeholders.\nThe ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Procurement/P2P operations, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and vendors.\nKey Responsibilities:\nProcurement Policy & Requisition Management\nMonitor, drive, and enforce PO policy compliance across procurement activities.\nReview and approve non-catalog requisitions in accordance with established policies and processes.\nEnsure requisitions and purchase orders are processed accurately and within defined timelines.\nProvide guidance to business stakeholders on procurement policies and processes.\nCatalog Management\nMaintain and ensure procurement catalogs are accurate and up to date.\nPerform quarterly catalog audits and market basket reviews.\nIdentify and resolve catalog-related issues to ensure an efficient purchasing experience.\nTactical Sourcing\nSupport spot-buy activities and low-spend RFQ/RFP processes.\nObtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and support the selection of appropriate vendors.\nEnsure sourcing activities are aligned with procurement policies and business requirements.\nVendor Relationship Management\nSupport vendor performance monitoring and maintain vendor scorecards.\nParticipate in Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with vendors.\nTrack vendor performance and support resolution of service, delivery, or quality-related issues.\nBusiness & Procurement Support\nProvide Level 1 support to business stakeholders for queries related to: Purchase requisitions, Purchase orders, Receipts, Delivery addresses, Procurement system issues, Invoice holds\nCoordinate with relevant teams to resolve procurement-related issues within defined timelines.\nSpend Analytics & Reporting\nSupport spend analytics and identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for improvement.\nPrepare and publish monthly KPI reports related to procurement performance.\nAnalyse procurement data and provide insights to support decision-making and process improvements.\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, or a related discipline.\n 2-4 years of relevant experience in Procurement, Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Strategic/Tactical Sourcing, Vendor Management, or Procurement Operations.\nGood understanding of Procurement and P2P processes.\nExperience working with Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, catalogs, RFQs/RFPs, and vendor management.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nGood working knowledge of MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, lookups, and data analysis.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to work effectively with business stakeholders, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and work within defined SLAs.\nPreferred Skills\nExperience with ERP/Procurement systems.\nExposure to spend analytics and procurement reporting.\nExperience with vendor scorecards and performance management.\nKnowledge of Procurement compliance and purchasing policies.\nExposure to RFQ/RFP and tactical sourcing activities.\nStrong attention to detail and data accuracy.\nWhy Join Broadridge?\nAt Broadridge, you will have the opportunity to work with a global fintech leader and collaborate with teams supporting some of the world's leading financial institutions and businesses.\nYou will gain exposure to global procurement operations, technology-enabled processes, data analytics, stakeholder management, sourcing, and vendor management, while working in an environment that encourages continuous learning, innovation, and professional growth.\nJoining Broadridge means being part of a culture where your ideas and contributions can make a meaningful impact, while providing opportunities to build new skills, take on challenging responsibilities, and grow your career.\nWhat We Value:\nWe believe in creating an environment where employees can bring their authentic selves to work, collaborate with others, and continuously strive for excellence.
