We are currently recruiting for a Production Coordinator to join our dynamic Production Operations team in El Dorado Hills.\nWork Mode: This is an on-site role that will be assigned to a Broadridge location where you will work 100% of the time.\nThe Production Coordinator is responsible for their shift by managing the production dept. in any capacity when / where needed. Escalate SLA’s impact issues: Not enough staff, machine downtime or any other potential issues. Need to focus on the associates, the clients and the shareholders.\nResponsibilities:\nAssist in the setup, operation, and maintenance of inserting systems and other peripheral equipment.\n Ensure production requirements and processes are being followed.\nAssist, when required, in the running of production jobs following all documented processes.\nEnsure that the quality of all work produced meets quality standards. Immediately brings any quality issues/problems to the attention of the shift Supervisor or Manager.\nPerforms preventative maintenance and authorized repairs when required.\nAssist in the training of Insert Operators.\nAssist Production Supervisor in developing product by machine allocation.\nAssist Insert Operators in trouble shooting machine problems.\nMonitor operator performance and address as appropriate.\nIn the absence of Production Management, ensure that production goals are met.\nContribute to a safe and clean work environment.\nOther duties as assigned.\nStays informed of/follows all relevant Broadridge policies to ensure the security and privacy of data as well as professional business conduct.\nQualifications:\nAssociate degree or high School graduate\n4+ years related industry/equipment experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.\nStrong oral and written communication skills. Must be able to communicate effectively with staff and management at multiple levels.\nSolid organizational skills. Must be able to effectively multi-task and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.\n Must be detail-oriented and able to review printed documents to ensure that they meet quality standards.\n Must be a self-starter and demonstrate strong initiative.\nStrong interpersonal skills.\nMust be able to work effectively in a team environment.\n Must be flexible to work overtime, including weekends.\n Demonstrate basic machine skills.\nBasic PC skills.\nRequires the ability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as required.\nRequires standing for long periods of time; stooping and kneeling; lifting to waist up to 20 pounds.\nPromote a professional work environment and adhere to all Broadridge’s policies\nThe compensation rate for this position is $21.75 - $29.04 per hour.
