The three primary pillars of responsibility that will underpin the success of this role are:\nCustomer Value and Delivery Outcomes\nAct as the primary client liaison, owning client relationships and building trust through proactive communication, engagement, issue resolution, and partnership development\nBuild strength across the team to support scalability, continuity, and long-term program growth by developing talent, expanding role readiness, and establishing clear coverage and support model\nEnhance team subject matter expertise to be able to produce or contribute to thought-leadership creation that promote the program, and remove obstacles to successful delivery\nPrioritization\nEvaluate opportunities, balance competing demands, and prioritize features, improvements, and technical work to maximize value.\nDevelop and implement standardized product and execution playbooks supported by short- and long-term plans tailored to client and program needs\nProvide strategic oversight of key program and client deliverables, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and measurable outcomes are achieved\nCreate KPI standards and a measuring system to ensure delivery of program goals are clearly defined\nStakeholder and Cross-Functional Alignment\nServe as the central point of coordination across cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment between business objectives, program goals, client deliverables, sales and product\nRepresent the program in executive-level discussions, manage escalations, and guide strategic decision-making across internal and external parties\nQualifications:\n5+ years of program management experience, overseeing delivery and coordinating teams to meet client and program goals.\nExecutive-level communication and leadership skills, including representing programs, managing escalations, and guiding decisions across internal and client stakeholders.\nDemonstrated experience leading complex client programs and building trusted, strategic relationships through proactive communication, sound judgment, and effective issue resolution.\nProven ability to prioritize competing opportunities and delivery needs, aligning resources and plans to client priorities, program goals, and measurable value.\nExperience establishing standardized playbooks, operating frameworks, and short- and long-term plans that improve consistency, execution, and scalability.\nStrong program governance and delivery oversight, including setting clear KPIs and ensuring key deliverables meet agreed timelines, quality standards, and outcomes.\nSkilled at coordinating across business, sales, product, and delivery teams to align stakeholders, resolve obstacles, and maintain accountability.\nStrong knowledge of retail shareholder engagement strategies, issuer needs, and annual meeting requirements.\nStrong analytical and communication skills, including summarizing data and presenting insights to senior leaders and clients.\nSound judgment and interpersonal skills to navigate complex stakeholder needs and guide decisions.\nCompensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $110,000 - $120,000 USD.
