We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Project Manager to lead key initiatives from planning through completion. You will manage schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and aligned with business goals. This role partners closely with senior leaders to drive priorities, solve challenges, and deliver meaningful results.\nResponsibilities:\nPlans, monitors and manages internal projects from initiation through completion.\nLeads/Coordinates and secures required resources and used formal processes and tools to manage resources, budgets, risks and changes.\nEstablishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules, identifies project problems and obtains solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications.\nEnsures that project is completed on-time according to the stated specifications and within budgeted costs.\nMonitors performance and recommends schedule changes, cost adjustments or resource additions.\nSets the strategic direction for the company\nTakes an enterprise-wide perspective often identified by client definition of executive\nDevelops and executes function strategy;\nInfluences the allocation of resources across own function and sub-functions\nInfluences and implements short to mid-term strategies (1-3 years) for own function that have indirect impact on business performance\nInteracts with executives, customers, or senior leaders;\nEstablishes collaborative relationships with other departments or functions or external organizations\nQualifications:\n5 years of experience in project, program or general management\nBachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university\nProject Management Professional (PMP certification) preferred\nNegotiation and conflict resolution skills; ability to create an open environment where conflicts as to project priorities and funding decisions can be aired and resolved in an objective manner\nHigh level understanding of technical concepts as related to the industry and products/services of the company\nAbility to create and deliver executive-level summary reports and presentations\nCompensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $115,000 - $125,000.
