This role coordinates cross-functional planning, due diligence, integration readiness, and post-close execution to help ensure transactions meet financial, operational, and strategic objectives.\nThe Project Manager partners with Corporate Development, Finance, Accounting, Legal, Tax, Human Resources, Information Technology, Operations, and business leaders to manage timelines, dependencies, risks, governance, and deliverables throughout the transaction lifecycle.\nThis is a 2 years fixed term contract, that could be extended to permanent.\nKey Responsibilities\nProject Management\nManage finance-related project plans for acquisitions, mergers and other strategic transactions.\nDefine project scope, milestones, workstreams, deliverables, decision points, and ownership across the transaction lifecycle.\nCoordinate financial due diligence, data requests, and readiness activities.\nMaintain project timelines, action logs, dependency trackers, and stakeholder communications.\nFacilitate regular project meetings, steering-committee updates, and cross-functional working sessions.\nIdentify schedule, resource, financial, and execution risks; and escalation where needed.\nIntegration Planning and Execution\nLead finance integration planning from pre-close readiness through post-close stabilization.\nEstablish integration milestones, reporting cadences, issue-management procedures, and success measures.\nPartner with systems and data teams to support finance-system integration, data migration, reporting alignment, and control readiness.\nTrack integration costs, synergies, savings initiatives, and financial performance against the approved business case.\nGovernance, Controls, and Reporting\nSupport coordination with Legal, Tax, Compliance, and Internal Audit.\nPrepare clear status reports, updates, and presentations.\nMaintain accurate project documentation, including key assumptions, decisions, risks, issues, and lessons learned.\nCross-Functional Partnership\nPartner with Corporate Development and finance leaders to align transaction priorities with strategic objectives.\nWork closely with Accounting, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Procurement, Human Resources, IT, and Operations to coordinate finance deliverables.\nBuild effective working relationships with acquired-company stakeholders, external consultants, auditors, and advisors.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.\nExperience in project management within finance, corporate development, mergers and acquisitions, transaction services, consulting, or financial transformation.\nKnowledge of financial statements, accounting processes, financial controls, and business-case development.\nExperience coordinating cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders, deadlines, and dependencies.\nStrong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.\nAbility to manage confidential information and exercise sound judgment in sensitive business situations.\nProficiency with project-management tools and financial reporting or analysis tools.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentation experience.\n#LI-CB1\nWe are dedicated to fostering a collaborative, engaging, and inclusive environment and are committed to providing a workplace that empowers associates to be authentic and bring their best to work.
