We are actively seeking a Quality Supervisor for our South Windsor, CT location.\nBasic Purpose: The Quality Supervisor oversees daily quality operations to ensure products, processes, and training programs meet company standards and compliance expectations. This role leads investigations, reporting, auditing, inspections, training, and continuous improvement initiatives while partnering with operational managers to ensure alignment with performance goals and requirements.\nJob Responsibilities:\n1. Quality Operations\nLead quality investigations and root-cause analyses\nPrepare accurate, timely quality reports and communicate trends\nSupport internal audits and ensure compliance readiness\nOversee inspection processes and verify adherence to quality standards\nPartner with operations to drive continuous improvement initiatives\n2. Leadership & Team Development\nProvide leadership, coaching, and support for quality team members\nPromote a culture of accountability, high performance, and continuous learning\n3. Training & Development\nLead development, delivery, and oversight of quality and operational training programs\nMaintain and update training materials, SOPs, work instructions, and certification requirements\nConduct training needs assessments using audit results and performance data\nCollaborate with operational managers to ensure training programs meet expectations, regulatory requirements, and operational goals\nEvaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements\nCoordinate training rollout across multiple shifts and departments\nFacilitate group training, hands-on demonstrations, and one-on-one coaching\nTrack training completion and maintain accurate training compliance records\nRequirements:\n1-3 years of experience in quality assurance or operational quality\nStrong investigative, analytical, and technical writing skills\nWorking knowledge of auditing principles and inspection processes\nExperience with quality tools such as LEAN, Six Sigma, 5 Why, Fishbone, etc.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nPrevious supervisory experience\nExperience in manufacturing, logistics, or service quality environments\nCertifications such as CQT, CQI, or Six Sigma, LEAN\nFamiliarity with ISO standards or related quality frameworks\nExperience using AI-driven tools to strengthen quality investigations and decision-making\nBachelor’s degree in quality, Engineering, Operations, or equivalent experience\nExperience developing or updating SOPs, work instructions, and training documents\nSalary: $69,000.00 to $79,000.00\nBonus Eligible\nWork Hours: Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm\nBroadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.\nPlease visit www.broadridgebenefits.com for more information on our comprehensive benefit offerings.\nWe are dedicated to fostering a collaborative, engaging, and inclusive environment and are committed to providing a workplace that empowers associates to be authentic and bring their best to work.
