secure application development and DevSecOps practices.\nPromote secure coding standards, application security controls, and cloud security best practices.\nSupport developers in understanding and adopting secure development methodologies.\nCollaboration and Stakeholder Management\nAct as a trusted advisor to engineering leaders, security teams, cloud architects, platform teams, product owners, and business stakeholders.\nWork with subject matter experts to codify security knowledge, standards, policies, and architectural guidance.\nTranslate complex technical risks and security concepts into clear recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences.\nMentor team members and contribute to the growth of security architecture and security engineering capabilities.\nBuild strong relationships across global teams to drive adoption of security solutions and best practices.\nYour Profile\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.\nExtensive experience in Security Architecture, Application Security, Security Engineering, Cloud Security, Platform Engineering, DevSecOps, or a related cybersecurity function.\nProven experience designing and implementing enterprise security solutions beyond proof-of-concept stages.\nStrong software development or scripting experience in Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or similar programming languages.\nExperience developing integrations using APIs, automation frameworks, Git-based workflows, developer platforms, and CI/CD pipelines.\nStrong understanding of modern software development lifecycles, cloud-native architectures, and engineering best practices.\nExperience securing cloud environments, applications, APIs, data platforms, and enterprise technology ecosystems.\nDeep understanding of security domains including:Identity and Access Management (IAM)\nApplication Security\nAPI Security\nData Protection and Encryption\nSecrets Management\nVulnerability Management\nSecurity Monitoring and Logging\nSecure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC)\n\nPractical experience with AI technologies, AI-assisted development, agent-based workflows, knowledge-grounded systems, or generative AI applications.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple functions and leadership levels.\nAbility to operate effectively within a global, matrixed organization.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience building security automation platforms, developer tooling, internal engineering tools, or AI-enabled security solutions.\nHands-on experience with cloud-native technologies, containers, Kubernetes, microservices, event-driven architectures, and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC).\nExperience developing:Security design patterns\nThreat models\nSecurity requirements frameworks\nArchitecture decision records\nPolicy-as-Code implementations\n\nFamiliarity with industry frameworks and standards such as NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls, OWASP, CSA, and major cloud security frameworks.\nExperience within financial services, fintech, banking, capital markets, or other highly regulated industries.\nKnowledge of AI security risks, including prompt injection, insecure tool usage, excessive permissions, sensitive data exposure, source provenance, and output validation.\nProfessional certifications such as: CISSP, CCSP, CCSK, CSSLP, CISA, CRISC,
