The DevOps approach to software development requires frequent, incremental changes to code versions, resulting in frequent deployment and testing regimens. Develops, monitors and maintain procedures and service level needs while providing user support. Automation engineers design, program, simulate and test automated machinery and processes in order to complete exact tasks.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, monitor, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and supporting infrastructure.\n\nSupport enterprise systems by preparing and executing test scenarios, analyzing outcomes, and identifying areas for improvement.\n\nCollaborate with development teams to implement DevOps best practices and streamline software delivery processes.\n\nAutomate operational and deployment tasks using scripting and automation tools.\n\nManage and support CI/CD platforms, source control repositories, and artifact management systems.\n\nMonitor system health, availability, and performance of DevOps tools and services.\n\nTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and automation workflows.\n\nMaintain operational procedures, service-level requirements, and technical documentation.\n\nProvide end-user and application support as required.\n\nDesign, program, simulate, test, and optimize automated processes to improve operational efficiency and reliability.\n\nRequired Qualifications\n3 to 6 years of experience working with DevOps and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, Chef, and Artifactory.\n\nStrong proficiency in scripting and automation using Bash, Python, and Groovy.\n\nHands-on experience implementing and maintaining Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Deployment (CD) solutions following industry best practices.\n\nExperience with Git-based version control systems and artifact repository management.\n\nAbility to monitor, maintain, and ensure high availability of DevOps platforms and services.\n\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills related to deployment and automation environments.\n\nExcellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.\n\nFunctional Knowledge\nDemonstrates a solid understanding of DevOps concepts, procedures, and methodologies within the discipline.\n\nApplies established principles and processes while maintaining a working knowledge of related technical areas.\n\nBusiness Expertise\nUnderstands key business objectives and operational drivers.\n\nApplies business knowledge to effectively support team goals and deliver quality outcomes.\n\nLeadership\nFunctions as an individual contributor with no direct supervisory responsibilities.\n\nProvides informal mentoring, guidance, and knowledge sharing to new team members.\n\nProblem Solving\nResolves a variety of routine to moderately complex technical issues.\n\nEvaluates potential solutions using technical expertise, standard procedures, and established practices.\n\nWorks with moderate supervision while exercising sound judgment in decision-making.\n\nImpact\nContributes to the quality and reliability of team deliverables.\n\nWorks within established policies, standards, and operational guidelines to support organizational objectives.\n\nInterpersonal Skills\nCommunicates technical concepts and complex information clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n\nBuilds productive working relationships across teams and collaborates effectively in a dynamic environment.\n\nWe are dedicated to fostering a collaborative, engaging, and inclusive environment and are committed to providing a workplace that empowers associates to be authentic and bring their best to work.
